全球经济面临贸易政策单边化转向与颠覆性技术创新的双重挑战。地缘政治博弈加剧催生保护主义回潮，多边贸易框架承压，技术壁垒与产业政策深刻重塑全球价值链。同时，人工智能、绿色低碳技术等革新加速重构生产要素配置，推动产业链竞争向技术主权化、数字化与生态化转型。为积极探讨贸易摩擦背景下的全球创新与产业发展，研究复杂全球经济形势下中国贸易政策和产业发展的战略、目标、重点和关联，加强同行专家学者的交流，武汉理工大学经济学院和湖北省科技创新与经济发展研究中心拟于2025年6月28日举办第六届创新与全球产业发展国际学术研讨会（2025年）。
本届研讨会主题为“贸易摩擦背景下的全球创新与产业发展”，采用国际学术会议的通用形式，向国内外公开征集论文，欢迎踊跃投稿。请作者将论文题目及摘要电子版提交到组委会指定的工作邮箱：igid@whut.edu.cn，投稿截止日期：2025年6月15日。

Call for Papers: The International Symposium on the 6th Innovation & Global Industrial Development (2025)
The global economy faces dual challenges of unilateral shifts in trade policies and disruptive technological innovations. Intensifying geopolitical rivalries have fueled a resurgence of protectionism, straining multilateral trade frameworks. Meanwhile technological barriers and industrial policies profoundly reshape global value chains. Innovations in artificial intelligence, green and low-carbon technologies are accelerating the reconfiguration of production factors and driving industrial competition toward techno-sovereignization, digitalization, and ecosystem-oriented transformation. To address global innovation and industrial development amid trade frictions, and to explore China’s strategic trade policies and industrial priorities under complex economic dynamics. For further discussion as well as enhancing exchanges among experts and scholars, the International Symposium on the 6th Innovation & Global Industrial Development（2025）is going to be held on June 28th, 2025 by School of Economics of Wuhan University of Technology and Hubei Provincial Research Center for Scientific &Technological Innovation and Economic Development(STIED).
The annual symposium invites both theoretical and applied research papers, focusing on “Global Innovation and Industrial Development Amid Trade Frictions”. It adopts the general form of international academic conferences and publicly solicits papers from home and abroad. Please send your topic and abstract to igid@whut.edu.cn by June 15th, 2025.
