瘫痪的交通，无尽的拥堵，这些是否让您疯狂？IBM在“智慧地球”理念的推动下，正与美国智能交通协会共同举办“智能交通系统解决拥堵”挑战赛。

挑战赛面向全球所有公众及企业开放，只要您提交的创新想法或解决方案能接受所有参赛者的投票并脱颖而出，您就能获得50000万美元的大奖以及风险投资家们的追加投资以期实现您的想法，创造一个“智慧的交通”。

挑战赛将于7月31日结束注册及方案提交，然后9个推选出来的方案将在8月里接受所有参赛者以及协会会员的投票。IBM中国诚邀您热忱参与，贡献智慧！

ITS Congestion Challenge
"Best Ideas Sought to Solve Congestion and Improve Mobility, the Environment and Public Safety"

• Opening: entrepreneurs, commuters, transportation experts, researchers, universities, students, scholars, scientists and citizens from all fields around the globe
• Challenge：submit an idea or a solution to effectively solve the consequences of traffic congestion

  1. a cash of $50,000 USD
  2. development and implementation support to pursue turning the ideas into real-world solutions
